Game Programmer

About Us

Polychroma Games is an independent game studio seeking to explore and push the envelope of story in play. Our team believes that video games hold awesome potential as a medium of storytelling. We entwine the interactivity of play and the power of stories into one.

Here at our company, we take pride in our inclusive, friendly, and close-knit working environment. We let our talented people do their magic and we encourage them to actively contribute to projects beyond their usual work. We want you to work with us (not for us), take part, and have a say. In short, it’s going to be our game.

About The Role

  • You’ll be working on our latest project Until Then.
  • We’re looking for an awesome and passionate full-time game programmer to work with us fully remotely (so pets are 100% allowed).
  • We want someone who loves thoughtful problem-solving and takes pride in writing clean code.
  • We’re gonna be using Godot, and admittedly, it’s not as popular as the others, so really, we’d love people who are eager to learn new things and are able to learn effectively.
  • Sure, we’ll make some mistakes along the way, so we’d want someone adaptive and seeks growth.
  • And lastly, it may sound cliché, but of course, we want a team player. We want you to engage, get along with the team, and enjoy making connections.

  • Based in the Philippines 🇵🇭
  • Game development experience. Doesn’t matter if it’s a hobby or professional work, as long as you love what you’re doing.
  • And that’s all.

  • Loves math. Math doesn’t come up fairly often (we’re not doing a physics-based game), but when it does, it’s going to be very useful.

I’m Interested!

Please send your resume and cover letter to [email protected]. If you have a portfolio, we’d love to see it too. Thank you for your interest in joining us!
